Pilates Reformer Core Classes
Basic Level
A perfect workout for Pilates newcomers, our comprehensive low-impact routine targets the entire body. Tailored to beginners, the Freedom Reformer Core Basic Class actively introduces the fundamental Pilates techniques to your system. By immersing yourself in these basics, you’ll reestablish a strong connection between your mind, body, and spirit. Throughout your progression, you’ll internalize the core principles of Pilates – centering, control, precision, breath, and flow. This evolution will have a positive impact on various aspects of your life. Pilates, known for its intelligent approach to movement, guides you gradually from basic to intermediate levels. With a maximum of 5 participants, our basic class incorporates the Universal Reformer, Wunda Chair, and Pilates Props for a well-rounded experience.

Intermediate Level
Level up with our intermediate Pilates system of exercises on the Reformer and Wunda Chair. For Pilates clients with a comprehensive and integrated understanding of the Pilates foundations and its six principles. In this class the client has a working understanding of transitions from one exercise to another with core-control. The Class pace is moderate, and the client’s entire body is enjoying a challenging and rewarding Pilates experience. Clients should be injury free. Instructor approval required to participate in this level.
